Fortune Cookie.
Early in the year 2011 I had an idea for an illustration that had to do with the economic outlook of the moment. From the mythical and beautiful sculpture “The Raging Bull” on Wall Street, I imagined a Chinese power coming from the inside, a Dragon. I named it “Fortune Cookie”. Strangely, a few months after, China bought a lot of U.S. debt … maybe I had a visionary moment!
